Ordering
How do I place an order?
Choose the KORZELIA™ product you would like to purchase, select the available colour or variation, and add it to your cart.
When you are ready:
- Review the products and quantities in your cart.
- Select Checkout.
- Enter your contact and delivery information.
- Review the shipping details and total amount.
- Select one of the payment methods currently available at checkout.
- Review your order before submitting payment.
After successful checkout, an order confirmation will generally be sent to the email address you provided.
How do I know whether my order was received?
After successful checkout, you should normally receive an order confirmation containing information such as:
- Order number
- Products purchased
- Order value
- Delivery information
If you do not see the message, check your spam or junk folder before contacting customer support.
Can I change an item after placing my order?
Contact us at service@esfiep.com as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to review requests involving:
- Product changes
- Colour or variation changes
- Quantity changes
- Delivery-address corrections
However, changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or shipment has progressed.
