How long does order processing take?
Standard order processing generally takes 2–5 business days.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
During higher-volume periods, holidays or promotional events, additional processing time may occasionally be required.
Will I receive tracking information?
Where tracking is available, tracking information is generally provided after dispatch.
Carrier systems may require approximately 1–3 business days before the first tracking update appears.
A temporary delay in tracking updates does not necessarily mean that the parcel is lost.
Can my order arrive in more than one package?
Yes.
Depending on inventory location, fulfillment arrangements or package size, one order may occasionally be shipped in multiple parcels.
Separate packages may:
- Have different tracking numbers
- Leave the fulfillment location at different times
- Arrive on different dates
Are international taxes or customs charges included?
International orders may be subject to:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Brokerage charges
- Government fees
- Other destination-country charges
Unless these charges are specifically collected during checkout, they may be payable by the recipient.
